Amy: That means "busy" in Japanese. I'm sorry I haven't been on much, but I've been very busy lately. At least next week, I'm down to only having Physical Therapy and Counseling, instead of a different appointment each day. My school work is also picking up. I have to read a bunch of pages for English class and start working on an essay that's due in eight weeks. The fun part of that though, is that I get to watch both versions of The Parent Trap and call it homework. Our assignment is to write an essay on the differences between the original version of a movie and its remake and the cultural changes that caused them.
Art Appreciation is a little less stressful, but I've still got quite a bit of work. I'm trying to work out a schedule for each class, but the problem is that I've been stressed out lately and its impeding my productivity. That, and English class has different due dates for different assignments. Our discussion board posts are due on Tuesday, but everything else is due on Sunday. However, the discussion board posts require that I do all of the reading in one textbook before writing my post. So I'm trying to figure it out.
I'm also looking into taking swim lessons in October, if I have time. I used to be a good swimmer, but my coma twelve years ago affected my brain like a stroke, and I had to relearn everything. I mean EVERYTHING. How to sit, stand, walk... you get the point. One of the things I never really relearned how to do was swim. The thing was, the way I swam before was instinctive. I had learned how to swim that way at a very young age without being taught. I do know how to swim now, but it's not instinctive, so it doesn't come naturally. I'm hoping to take swimming lessons in order to learn how to swim more easily. Hopefully in a manner less exhausting than the Australian Crawl.
The thing is, swimming is highly recommended for people with arthritis, and I've always loved being in the water anyway, so I've been thinking about getting a membership to the Boys and Girls Club in order to use their indoor pool. But I thought it might be prudent to learn how to really swim first. My dad and a family friend tried to help me after my illness, but I think I need professional instruction.
Hopefully I'll get out of the funk I've been in soon so I can work on my drawings again. I started one several days ago, but I need to redraw the hands and can't find the will to do so.

Not Dead, Just Busy
Amy: Yeah, so... Just letting you all know that we're all still alive. ...Which is truly necessary all things considered. I'm going to be brief, as I don't want to spend too much time on this... Not much has gotten done in the past.... several... um... since summer, actually? I've personally expanded into write more than just Sonic fics but I've had terrible writer's block lately and I keep jumping from art project to art project, so... I am planning to start moving my Sonic fan fics over to Fan Fiction, just because it's easier to write there, since I can use the mobile app to do so. If I have time to use my computer, I'd rather draw or make a video than type. But in general, all three of us have just been busy with, well, life. We're not the perky high schoolers with way too much three time that we were ten years ago. Evidently, growing up comes with an increasing lack of time for doing (somewhat) pointless stuff.
Let's just... Shake it off...
Amy: Okay, there's no way around it. Last year was really lousy, and that's putting it nicely. I don't know about the rest of you, but 2019 just pretty much stunk.
That being said, I'm not going to post a list of plans for this year because that seems to be a totally pointless endeavor. That being said, I am supposed to go to Japan in May with Blaze. It's a study abroad for school. Finger's crossed. I have no wish to make plans, but this isn't exactly something that you can just do spontaneously, especially in my case.
Oh, and the girls and I are intending to go see Sonic the Hedgehog on opening night. Hopefully it's good. It looks good, bu
Tokyo in Tulsa
Amy: Okay, yeah, I'm not writing about TnT until after the fact, which I know is unusual. To be perfectly honest guys, the first six months of this year have been kind of lousy, so there's a reason I've been MIA. But the girls and I did go to TnT last weekend and I will post those photos... eventually. Like, really, it's not up to me in this case. I have to wait for Technichrome to give them to me. XD
Cosplays that we did:
On Thursday, Heather and I did our Persona 5 OCs in their normal forms. She was wearing a black and white semi-formal dress and I was wearing a Lolita outfit in order to meet the dress code for the charity ball, which we
Update... Sort of
Amy: Okay, so first, Blaze's birthday was on April 1st last month. Happy Birthday Blaze!
I will point out that I did NOT forget it when it happened and I did tell her Happy Birthday by phone. I just couldn't announce it that because I had emergency surgery.
Anyway, I'm hoping to start writing some stuff here soon-ish. To be perfectly honest, this year has totally sucked thus far. I just finished school on Tuesday, and I honestly have no idea HOW I even survived the semester, let alone made decent grades (I know I made two As and I'm pretty sure that I made no worse than a B in the last class). I got some new games for my Xbox One as a rewar
